The Kenyan team will represent us in boxing, sevens rugby (men and women), swimming and weight lifting. The athletes flew to Nairobi today to meet the president for his blessings.

Kenya will however not participate in the 4*400 meters as communication was received from the IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations) who say Kenya will not compete in the relay as they did not meet qualification standard.

We wish our Kenyan team all the best and may they make us proud as they always do.
